We are the Woodbine Station Swim Team a.k.a. Woodbine Warriors.

The Woodbine Warriors is a summer swim team and are members of the Cobb County Summer Swim League. This recreational summer swim team calls for children who are between the ages of 5-18 and would like to learn how to swim or love SWIMMING. Our team has been around for over 30 years, thanks to the many efforts of our parent volunteers, coaches, and volunteer coordinators. 

Our season begins in May, with daily weekday practices in the afternoon until our Warriors have finished school! Once summer has begun, we will move our practices to the morning. The season wraps up at the end of June, with the Annual Patty Wilder County Meet where swimmers are welcome to participate to compete in a fun county wide swim meet and a chance go to state! 

We emphasize good sportsmanship and encourage each and every swimmer to have fun and try their best! Our goal throughout the season is to provide a safe and friendly environment where kids can learn how to swim, be comfortable in and out of water, and learn the fundamentals and dynamics of both an individual and team sport!
